Extrusion or injection,
rigid or flexible
We have two production plants in Valencia, Spain.
Rigid Extrusion
Process by which the PVC pellets melt and become a malleable and homogeneous mass. This mass is channelled into a mould, thus obtaining rigid linear products.
Flexible Extrusion
This process is similar to Rigid Extrusion but the manufactured product is flexible.
Rigid Injection
This process introduces the heat-melted PVC pellets into a mould which gives the rigid object that is manufactured the desired shape.
This process consists of heating the pellets to the optimum point of fluidity which allows it to be injected into a mould, previously designed for that purpose, and which, upon cooling, instantly results in rigid shapes.
Flexible Injection
This process introduces the heat-melted PVC pellets into a mould which gives the flexible object that is manufactured the desired shape.
A process very similar to rigid injection but due to the composition of the pellets the resulting objects are flexible. Granzplast formulates and produces customised pellets to adequately adapt to the needs of its clients.
